 The new range contains, as well as a renewed look, several important innovations both in terms of structure and performance. The models TS 530-610 and TS 590-710, the latter fitted with telescopic extension, come with two types of hydraulic circuits, independent section distribution unit with floating valve and integrated check valves. The “Energy” Version with gear motor pump 52 HP to the rotor, “Performance” version with open-circuit piston motor pump 61 Hp to the rotor, two available control types, the “Classic” with flexible cable control or “Comfort” low pressure electro-hydraulic joystick control. The structure of the “delta box” frame, used in recent Ferri designs, has an upper rotating support coupling, which guarantees a low barycentre thus obtaining excellent machine balance. The 122° rotation enables the machine to work in traverse, making the opening of sites easier. The new protection bonnet offers two great advantages: distributor protection and nicer design. The high quality square tubular steel arms have new-concept drop forged parts, which gives the structure increased rigidity, thus increasing stress resistance.
Even the rotation of the Flail head consists of drop forged components, which guarantee “soft” movements as well as giving it a great appearance. We have also introduced new devices to improve the use and safety of our machines, such as the PSS (power slew security), the LFA to automatically follow the ground contour and increase working speed, the SAB (anti roll-over system) and the EFS (automatic floating).
