 A very big experience gained in the sector and the constant attention for satisfying the customer requirements are the base of the FERRI design of the new central and offset mowers ZLE. The machine is characterized of the gearbox position located outside of the transmission cover that allows greater off-set of the flail head reducing the PTO shaft angle in work, ensuring a better deep working on the banks of ditches and canals maintaining the tractor more away from the edge.

Guaranteed safety from new hydraulic devices like the hydraulic block valve for transportation with automatic activation for avoiding accidental side movements of the flail head or the new hydraulic blocking tap for transportation with manual activation, for avoiding accidental leaning of the mowing body without using chains or holders.
More guaranteed reliability from an internal counterframe, that protects integrally the frame and from a mechanical breakaway as protection in case of obstacles.
Performance increased using the “Overlap” spiral rotor with two spiral rows, reinforced to 10 mm section for either hammer blades and multiuse flails; the rear adjustable roller having a diameter of 168 mm. contributes to increase the performance of the ZLE Dynamic.
Very interesting also the new technical solutions like the floating frame with auto leveling function to follow the ground contours, the rotation joint and parallelogram arms on self-lubricating bushing, the adjustable counterblade for adjusting the size of debris, the adjustable side skids, the heat treated pins, the gear box overrunning clutch, hydraulic side shift cylinder fitted within the parallel arms for better protection during work.
The ZLE range offers 3 different models with cutting width 1.60, 1.80, 2.00 mt. with a maximal side sliding of 2.80, 3.00, 3,20 and flail head angle from 90° up to -60°; suggested tractors from 50 up to 100 HP (depending from the models).
