FERRI has always been strongly market-oriented. This has enabled our business to expand to international markets in all continents.   From Europe which is now a "domestic" market, to Oceania, from a decade-long presence in Japan to the American continent, FERRI boasts successful sales everywhere.

Ferri France continues to have positive sale trends for Ferri products within the French territory. The machine production sector has now gained 15% of the market share, putting Ferri in line with the biggest French manufactures. Such success is due to Ferri France’s management skills along with their 5 sales representatives and a very efficient after-sales service. This success was brought together thanks to the wide range of machines that meet the demands of the French market.

Gaining market share in Spain Since June 2006, Ferri has tried to improve its presence in Spain by signing a sales/technical partnership with Mr. Antonio Maria Rocasalbas Panè, a very well experienced manager in the sector, widely known by many dealers. Ferri has been able to use this synergy and boost its Spanish network, thus establishing a firm presence in the Spanish market and satisfying every need as well as improving the collaboration with the Parent Company, all aiming at fulfilling the demands of the market.

North America A sales network continues to develop in USA and Canada with its newest “Harco” Ferri network, distributor for north/east Canada. The new safety decalcomanies have been introduced in the market made specifically to comply with North American Standards. Once again, all this shows the will to meet market demands.

Well organised engineering support - before and after-sales.

An indispensable support to our products, our engineering service is proposed to customers in two important areas: - before selling a machine, by means of technical and business training. - after selling the machine, by assuring our help in the machine correct operation and service. FERRI maintain a well stocked spare parts store. This ensures constant availability and prompt delivery of spare parts for our customers.

Spare parts service - Long life to your machine All Ferri spare parts are packed on marked cardboard, blistered with transparent film and identified with label showing part code and description. To have immediate answers for the search and the locating of parts the following tools are available: CD rom with exploded tables of the machines and relevant price list. Price list subdivided by category, with facilitated search of wearable parts. Technical training and check control Any company should not have Sales as the only target; far more important is customer satisfaction. This goal can be reached in different ways: product quality, good distribution net, spare part availability etc. Among these ones, the most important contribute that a company can provide to its customers is an efficient after sale service managed by skilled people. Ferri has invested resources and people in the after sale service, in order grant their customers the benefit of having the most friendly supplier.
